How to reach the NexOneMed editorial office — submissions, manuscripts under consideration, ethics concerns, billing and media enquiries.
If your question is about a manuscript already with us, quote its manuscript ID (for example NOM-2026-0042) and write from the address on the submission. For most questions the fastest route is the editorial manager, where messages are attached to the manuscript itself.

What to expect

- Ethics concerns are acknowledged within [N] working days, with the outcome once the matter is resolved.
- Appeals are acknowledged on receipt and referred to an editor not involved in the original decision.
What we cannot do by email
- Accept a submission. Manuscripts come through the editorial manager so that they enter the workflow with a record attached.
- Discuss the identity of reviewers, or pass a reviewer’s confidential comments to authors.
- Give an opinion on whether a manuscript will be accepted before it has been assessed. We will happily tell you whether a topic is in scope.
Indexing, partnership and media
